It is the aim of Appraisers UK Ltd to provide an efficient and accurate service to its clients. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that some complaints may arise.

If your complaint is in relation to a valuation that has been conducted for lending purposes, you should direct your complaint to your lender in the first instance. The lender will have an established process in place and may then contact us to assist with their enquiries.

We will consider your complaint as quickly as possible and will acknowledge receipt within 7 days. If we are not able to give you a full response, we will update you within 28 days.
